VERY collaborative working culture amongst recruiters across all the offices. Recruiters are also very supported by the management team as well as co-workers.

It does have some "Ramp-up" time, but slow and steady wins the race. It is definitely worth it. You must put in the work to be successful. It's not "immediate gratification".

Fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity to grow. Learned a lot about recruiting and working with clients.

Can be stressful at times due to the pace and workload. Work-life balance could be better during busy periods.
