Pros

Full-Time Remote $$$$$$$$$$ Great Technology Amazing Team Extensive Training Collaboration is encouraged Sales w/o the toxicity Best Manager ever!

Cons

This job has a ton of autonomy. Training is extensive, and the Management Team has really fine tuned the process. Recruiters are ramping up exceptionally quickly and making placements within the first few months of hire, but once you are running your desk the structure of the day and how much you collaborate is up to you. This is not a job for someone that needs to be told what to do. It's a job for someone who is always looking for the next thing to do!

Pros

Clinical Management Consultants has given me the opportunity to be rewarded for giving an extra effort. I have worked in large, publicly traded companies with 15,000+ employees, and I felt that I was replaceable and management was run by someone 2,000+ miles away. At CMC, I am granted the freedom to construct my day as I best see fit. I am not micro-managed. I feel part of a team. I am able to connect with leadership if needed and feel appreciated for my hardwork. CMC is a company that is truly trending upward and it is a great way to learn about healthcare and connect with true professionals on a daily basis.

Cons

I believe that you will get out of this job what you put into it.

Pros

The people (not management) are amazing, the office was nice (the company went remote so this doesn't matter) and had Apple hardware. Work hours were a true 9-5

Cons

CMC is not what it pretends to be. There were three managers in less than a year in the Cleveland office. Multiple people in the office took it upon themselves to be "leaders" but it quickly became clear no one knew what they were doing. Training is done by someone on a completely different coast, and different employees will tell you different things. This is NOT a recruiting position - don't be fooled. Your training and development will only focus on sales and job orders. They don't care about candidate management. You are doing the sales, account management, and recruiting while getting paid for one role. Getting paid out on your placements is hit or miss, so be prepared to live on the base salary - which is paid monthly (something they don't automatically tell you). The CEO serves as the HR and accounting department, so there is zero oversight or protections for employees. Look elsewhere.
