Pros
The people (not management) are amazing, the office was nice (the company went remote so this doesn't matter) and had Apple hardware. Work hours were a true 9-5
Cons
CMC is not what it pretends to be. There were three managers in less than a year in the Cleveland office. Multiple people in the office took it upon themselves to be "leaders" but it quickly became clear no one knew what they were doing. Training is done by someone on a completely different coast, and different employees will tell you different things. This is NOT a recruiting position - don't be fooled. Your training and development will only focus on sales and job orders. They don't care about candidate management. You are doing the sales, account management, and recruiting while getting paid for one role. Getting paid out on your placements is hit or miss, so be prepared to live on the base salary - which is paid monthly (something they don't automatically tell you). The CEO serves as the HR and accounting department, so there is zero oversight or protections for employees. Look elsewhere.
