Pros

The company provides great trainings, great access to supervision, and fantastic health care and paid time off. The scheduling was flexible and I wasn’t micromanaged. co-workers, PD opportunities /and work culture is top notch.

Cons

e productivity was hard to meet, you’re expected to book 7 clients per day, if you’re working 40 hours a week. That’s a taxing amount of clients, and it’s also nearly impossible due to the inevitable no shows with this population, and a lack of cancellation policy. The pay was horrible, and looking back genuinely felt exploited for the pay rate I had, and the fact I was unable to keep up with the productivity despite booking clients, really made things unmanageable for myself. But co-workers, PD opportunities /and work culture is top notch.

Pros

Very flexible with new and experienced therapists. They don't micromanage FFS clinicians and offer tons of opportunities for free training.

Cons

Although FFS is the way to go to make any $$, it's taxing with not having any vacation time.

Pros

- highly supportive work environment with regular, hour-long clinical supervision to process challenging cases in order to prevent workplace trauma & countertransference - lots of training opportunities to support personal & professional growth - strong emphasis on teamwork - my own mental health and sense of physical and emotional safety always feels like a priority - internship training is so effective that the transition into employment was incredibly easy

Cons

- unavoidable trial-by-fire learning process if you work with the crisis team; can easily be overwhelming if you don't respect our own limitations and/or feel able to reach out when you need support - you might be called upon to provide transportation to clients by nature of the CBHC grant
