Pros
It's so common to find a place to work with great colleagues, but flawed management. The whole executive team here is really great. They're not egomaniacs. They are smart. They are hard-working. They are "teachable." And on top of the executive team, the rest of the employees are also exceptional. Smart, hardworking, and kind.
Cons
I think the pay is "at market." It's not "blow you away" level of pay...but because it's such a nice place to work, I haven't even responded to a recruiter in the couple of years I've been here. Because it's a very small company, you do end up doing a lot of different things that may not be within your specialty. And that could be frustrating. But here it's more like a "stretch" that everyone acknowledges and doesn't rip on you for not excelling at something you haven't done before. They're thankful that you rolled up your sleeves and pitched in.
