Pros

Downtown location with a partial reimbursement. The product concept is great and there are a few solid people who really care about the industry.

Cons

VERY HIGH TURNOVER. Recently laid off a large amount of employees. There is no morale and everyone is disposable. Management lacks true leadership qualities and clearly has little experience. The product is no where near where it needs to be and they continue to promise features they can't deliver. They are dishonest and there is no transparency even though its one of their main core values. They ask employees to fill out positive reviews on GlassDoor because they are constantly trying to offset the negativity. EXTREME micro- managing and zero work life balance. They set goals that they know their employees can't hit then continue to criticize them for performance. They are critical and do nothing to invest in improving performance, even worse, the Management plays favorites and completely disregards the other employees. BEWARE Because of lack of real leadership the company is not doing well and there is zero job security and they could care less about their people. Because of their high turn over and poor performance they will make commitment to you as a potential employee that they have no intention on following through with.

Pros

Personally I have seen a vast improvement in the last two months. With the recent leadership changes we are now being asked instead of told. The culture of fear and intimidation left with RJ and while the morale increases are slow, they are there. For the first time in over a year I really am starting to feel hopeful about this company again. There are all the usual startup perks and several monthly get togethers and general staff meetings to keep us up to date on the company's progress. They put up these posters with all the executives goals and progress each quarter and even color code them which is good to know. They do have a remote allowance, it is just up to your supervisor to approve it. Benefits are pretty good considering the current healthcare landscape.

Cons

The downtown location is not my favorite due to the usual annoyances like traffic, crazy people and the cost of parking. On a positive note, they help with parking or bus passes.

Pros

Opportunities to learn to navigate internal politics and manage up. Good benefits Help develop processes and influence operations Some of the best people I have ever worked with in my entire career.

Cons

- Incredibly poor Leadership and Management. I've never seen such a disjointed executive team. - Terrible compensation. Leadership is well compensated while the baseline employees are desperately underpaid. - CEO makes promises and makes no attempt to follow through - Transparent core value but company hides client dissatisfaction and market reputation. - ZERO investment in employee development - Lack of tools to ensure employees can be successful - Shady HR team (Fake glass door reviews? Really?) - Incredibly silo'd organization, teams are constantly working on conflicting priorities - Lack of execution to ensure a reliable offering to clients - Money spent in the wrong place. Stop hiring "Process improvement managers" when you desperately need engineers, support representatives, sales people, AR & Posting and denial staff. - Pick a strategy and stick to it, changing the company vision every 3 months is toxic - Zero investment into client health to ensure retention - Unrealistic pricing model - Sole focus on building year over year revenue to eventually sell. This becomes evident to employees and even clients! Your clients should not be assuming you are trying to sell your company.
