Pros

99% of the employees I worked with were great. They help you when you first start and are all friendly. Good insurance benefits and transit reimbursement.

Cons

Bad communication between some managers and people who report to them. I was let go without any warning about anything. When I had 1 on 1 meetings with this person weekly, I was never told there was a problem. I was given a very vague reason about why I was let go by Sandy Pennington, and I had never seen her before.

Pros

Excellent benefits. Decent pay rates. Amazing coworkers. The work site is very welcoming.

Cons

Salaried employees are expected to work 65+ hours per week Since the new executive management team took over the company has become a sweat shop of sorts. The work load is so large that it becomes impossible to service clients at the level that is required. Clients pay Clinicient large amounts of money to manage their accounts effectively and with the work load maintenance of these accounts happens at best. Account Managers are assigned up to 16 clients (when I started with Clinicient 6 clients was the maximum allowed per manager). If you are applying for an account manager, AR specialist, support, or billing specialist you are gaurenteed to be treated as less employees in other departments. Tons of work expected with no respect for the job that you do. Ultimately you will have so much work on your plate you will become ineffective. The reward for a job well done at Clinicient is more work until there is so much to do you can do nothing effectively.

Pros

Like a lot of bad companies, it's the people you work with on a day to day basis that made this place bearable. If you don't like thinking for yourself then this is the place. Do you enjoy changing priorities and having to get everything you do signed off by multiple people? You'll fit right in! There's free coffee but don't get caught asking for Advil! There's basketball and ping-pong but no one plays because everyone complains about the noise. Oh, and there's bound to be lots of openings here because all the people I know who still work here are trying to get out and find new jobs.

Cons

Too many to list. You'll work with power hungry executives, no one here understands what Leadership means, personal hygiene and bodily noises can be an issue from other workers, etc. Sound too good to be true? They also pay below market, only want people who don't question decisions, and believe that falsely positive reviews on Glassdoor will actually help them. The CEO is simply trying to turn a profit so he can sell the company, he's not in it for long.
