Pros

They have some nice employees.

Cons

Never seen a more disorganized company in my life. The system almost never works for customers but they do not care since customers can be replaced. Clinicient lacks basic process to accomplish day to day operations. If there are management failures they fire a member of their staff so they look and feel better. There is zero management accountability. As others have mentioned their HR and Customer teams patrol glassdoor and will write positive reviews to balance the honest the reviews. I witnessed this practice in an effort to keep ratings up.

Pros

Founders created a great initial product and worthy cause to help therapists succeed. There's no harder working, lower paid, impactful, overlooked specialty in healthcare. Still one of best PT EHRs, though antiquated and fragile. Downtown Portland location.

Cons

Underestimating the resources and expertise to modernize the platform (e.g. promising major upgrades for years but not delivering a single major release due to complete focus on keeping the current antiquated platform running). A bigger issue and hindrance to progress is ONE member of senior management (enabled by weaker senior management), the "poison pill" that all staff fear, has undermined the few good senior managers to pass through, and rumbles through the building gossiping and accentuating her amazing insecurity, incompetence, and instability. THE TUMOR.

Pros

Opportunities to learn to navigate internal politics and manage up. Good benefits Help develop processes and influence operations Some of the best people I have ever worked with in my entire career.

Cons

- Incredibly poor Leadership and Management. I've never seen such a disjointed executive team. - Terrible compensation. Leadership is well compensated while the baseline employees are desperately underpaid. - CEO makes promises and makes no attempt to follow through - Transparent core value but company hides client dissatisfaction and market reputation. - ZERO investment in employee development - Lack of tools to ensure employees can be successful - Shady HR team (Fake glass door reviews? Really?) - Incredibly silo'd organization, teams are constantly working on conflicting priorities - Lack of execution to ensure a reliable offering to clients - Money spent in the wrong place. Stop hiring "Process improvement managers" when you desperately need engineers, support representatives, sales people, AR & Posting and denial staff. - Pick a strategy and stick to it, changing the company vision every 3 months is toxic - Zero investment into client health to ensure retention - Unrealistic pricing model - Sole focus on building year over year revenue to eventually sell. This becomes evident to employees and even clients! Your clients should not be assuming you are trying to sell your company.
