The constant events on top of sales goals plus having events fall on or close to GWP week, maybe it was the store I worked for pushing the extra events and outrageous goals, but it’s too much pressure and too stressful.

They truly hire the best in the industry and coach to your individual talents and strengths, fantastic perks, benefits and job stability. ELC ALWAYS does right by their employees no matter what. I was particularly pleased about how they treated their employees during the pandemic.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to grow with the brand after becoming and executive however, lots of opportunities for growth with the Estée Lauder’s portfolio of brands.
