Staff are well treated Excellent discount and free products Valuable training in sales, makeup and management Always praised for doing well

Cons

Pay wasn’t great for the job expectation There is a lot to do as an account manager such as leading and training a team, giving performance reviews, creating business plans, rotas and dealing with attendance and commissions as well as serving customers in between so there’s sometimes not enough time in the day to complete things on time.
