      Pros

      I loved working for clinique. The company in and of itself is wholesome and generous and very forgiving.

      Cons

      The other workers at clinique didn't resemble the name as proudly.

      Pros

      Excellent training, Great products that are easy to sell.

      Cons

      The lowest paying brand in the beauty industry. It's almost impossible to get a raise even after many years of loyal service and good sales. The management is arrogant , full of expectations but does not reward the associates with decent pay or bonuses.There are many whose performance is great but have not gotten a raise in 10 years. Most give up and join other brands.

      Pros

      Great place to work for the company really supports you, You are constantly learning, which is great so you're comfortable to sell the brand in the store, free products on training day at the Estee lauder head office and company uniform.

      Cons

      The hourly pay rate if you're working at David Jones, David jones pays your salary, not clinique which is not cliniques fault.
