Pros

I love my employees! The pay is ok plus we get commission. When you're in gift your pay is higher and you get gratis and go to trainings. The schedule seems pretty fair and you can swap days to alter your schedule

Cons

Macys has a attendance points system! If you get to 0, you'll get terminated. They hound you to open Macys credit cards for customers, unorgnaized. Some managers don't really care about your well being as long as you make your goal.
