They are honestly never satisfied with your achievements. I increased the counters productivity by 23% over the time I was with the brand and they never even so much as said good job. Constantly told me my best wasn't good enough and pushed me for more. I came aboard a sinking ship and turned it around into something that was making the company a profit and no longer running a deficit. My thanks was having my job threatened, after which I immediately left after over 3 years of working for the company. You can't reward someone who goes above and beyond by demoralizing them.
