Pros

My field executive (Heather Rubin) was the nicest and most helpful person alive! I also liked getting to know my coworkers, and the work wasn't tiring if you don't mind a lot of social interaction. Good opportunities for career growth if you're interested in travel or management, and you don't need a college degree.

Cons

Selling products you don't believe in can feel sleazy. My general manager was an absolute nightmare and made working there extremely stressful. Poor pay, especially considering the amount of work my sales made the store and company.
