Companies of this size that I had worked with in the past, and even the ones smaller than Clipboard Health could not recognize their employees by their names. Instead, the managers relied on your nametag for proper identification. Do I blame them? Absolutely no. They probably just didn’t have the ability to remember names and manage the affairs of the company at the same time. But then, it’s not an impossibility after all. The managers here do it differently. They always make sure to address you by your full name. I know this may not mean so much to other people, but it does mean the world to me. It impresses me each time a manager calls me by full name. I am always like, wow! You remember my name? I can’t even remember yours! This is a source of motivation for me.

The manager at Clipboard Health are so respectful and gracious, and so are my senior colleagues, down to my mates and then juniors. The whole company is driven by respect and a good company structure in place. It is a serious taboo to be disrespectful towards anyone here, irrespective of the relationship between you and them. The shifts are okay; okay enough to give you time for your personal stuff. The pay is very good too. So, I say Clipboard Health is a wonderful place to work.
