      Pros

      I really love on how they planned out the training and I admired how calibrated my manager with all the processes, considering she handled multiple LOBs.

      Cons

      If you don't have any QA background, you will definitely have a hard time to adjust.

      - CBH invests in technology to improve the process for both HCF/HCP and their employees -Great leadership. They value employee's feedback -The CEO and COO are very hands-on with the day-to-day operations -unlimited PTOs - competitive salary / higher offer from some BPO companies

      - no HMO/ health insurance / or annual performance bonus which are common to BPO companies

      Pros

      Clipboard Health is a very dynamic and fast-growing company that I think fresh bloods would flawlessly excel in. They have all the latest technologies required to work, and handling them shouldn’t be a problem to most of these young people. Besides, they even make sure to train their employees on stuff like this. I know that my time with the Clipboard Health was well spent, and if I had had the opportunity to continue working with them, I still would have been their employee by now. Nevertheless, I wish all my colleagues the very best in their endeavors, and I highly recommend the company to everybody, provided you have the required skills.

      Cons

      Nothing at all was wrong with Clipboard Health that is worth mentioning here as an issue. There was none really. Pay was good, everything was perfect!
