      Pros

      I have been at Clipboard Health for almost two years. I continue to learn so much, been challenged to grow in my career, and have been treated with respect. I would have not been able to become the professional I am today without Clipboard Health. Clipboard Health is not only a workplace to me but a family. My managers and upper leadership even the CEO and COO have taken great care of me and continue to. If I make a mistake, I get feedback and learn for next time - it helps me grow. I am very thankful for this continued opportunity to be successful and grow in my career.

      You are consistently challenged here at Clipboard Health. Everybody from the top down works incredibly hard and is passionate about what they do here. You immediately see the impacts of your work. We have a very open and transparent culture with a "no stepping on toes" policy. If you see something that could be improved, you are encouraged to go ahead and dive in - waiting for the approval of no one. Additionally, everything moves incredibly fast here and as a result, we get stuff done faster and more efficiently. The company has incredible momentum all across the org - every division is focused on speed and execution of various initiatives and projects. Lastly, the people that you work with here are incredibly smart and driven. It is inspiring to work with colleagues who have no ego and grit. If you are curious, hungry and hard working - this is the place for you.

      Cons

      If you are unable to move fast and uncomfortable working in an unstructured environment this will not be the place for you.
