      Pros

      - A lot of ownership over your work - Strong culture of "writing is thinking" and making decisions quickly - Correct focus on good inputs > good outputs - Talented team - Intellectually stimulating marketplace business - Light on meetings

      Cons

      - Hyper-growth => constantly evolving processes and org; not a true Con, but can be challenging to keep up with - Onboarding as a new employee can be difficult. A steep learning curve around the core functions of the business, where to find things, how things were built, who to go to for specific issues. Thankfully there's a strong culture of helping out, and having a 2-week onboarding buddy :)

      Pros

      I am not sure how Clipboard Health created such a great work environment. We all work hard together while creating real relationships with coworkers, the healthcare facilities, and the Healthcare Professionals that we work with. I am supported when I have new ideas and also supported when I need some time off to enjoy life outside of work. Clipboard Health is loyal to its Core Values and is determined to help give people the opportunity to climb up the economic ladder.
