Instant Pay Pickup shifts when want too Flexible schedule on your terms Good facilities to work in Has all levels of nursing positions

Cons

Pay constantly fluctuates per hour Takes forever to verify shifts Only get paid for time you work, so remember to clock back in after 30 min break Customer service is terrible at speaking English Have to get your timesheet signed for shift verification and nurses are not helpful with signing sheets.

I love working for Clipboard Health! It is a hast growing company that is creating an entirely new space in healthcare. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and CBH offers career satisfaction.

Collaboration - all teams are selfless towards the larger cause which is amazing 4. Quick decision making - culture is so so biased towards action that "paralysis of analysis" is highly discouraged 5. Passion for documentation - remote working fully leveraged through deep passion for documentation to ensure minimal communication gaps 6. Focus on feedback delivery - managers are extremely people obsessed which reflects in the quality & timely delivery of performance feedback 7. You are paid your real worth – haven’t met a single member who is unhappy with the pay-rate clearly showing how much company values solid talent 8. Opportunity to work with diverse talent from across the globe
