      - Fully remote - Fast and dynamic - Leadership is really aligned with the vision and believe in it: making as many people go up in the socio-economical ladder as possible. - Fast growth - Really intelligent and top peers

      - It's a start-up, it's messy and hectic. - Things and processes are not defined, they are literally just starting out. Many inefficiencies and organizational lags caused by fast growth. - Long hours - Do not have a benefit plan for international peers like they do for US nationals.
