Pros

Start up company with great ideas and if they make some changes they could see success soon.

Cons

I was hired on and had zero training or communication on what was going on. I worked hard but was lost without any support. After having a rough few weeks with personal life (telling management what happened) they let me go the next day ( I had a scheduled meeting with the CEO right after and she didn’t even know I was getting fired)

- There is a lot of space for personal and professional development. - Everyone, including the CEO and COO, is helpful and willing to answer any questions. - The company is more concerned about its employees and customers than with making money. - Work-life balance is great. In addition, there is no limit to the number of days off you can take. - The pay scale is excellent.

You must be willing to accept and implement new technologies with ambiguous requirements.
