      Pros

      Fully remote, money is great, amazing environment. You get to work with people from all over the world, everybody is super nice and easy-going . Lots of young people trying to steer away from the "corporate machine" feeling. As soon as you join, you'll be glad you found this company.

      Fixed-rate salary Training days are just for 1 week No pay for holidays Downside of WFH setup are power interruption, internet connection, etc.

      I really love on how they planned out the training and I admired how calibrated my manager with all the processes, considering she handled multiple LOBs.

      Cons

      If you don't have any QA background, you will definitely have a hard time to adjust.
