- CBH invests in technology to improve the process for both HCF/HCP and their employees -Great leadership. They value employee's feedback -The CEO and COO are very hands-on with the day-to-day operations -unlimited PTOs - competitive salary / higher offer from some BPO companies

Cons

- no HMO/ health insurance / or annual performance bonus which are common to BPO companies

There are too many accents and is hard to understand everyone. But is something that you just need time to get used.
