Management will work just as hard and long as you, I promise. To do well, all of you have to do is be honest about mistakes & shortcomings, genuinely care about the end-people you are serving (why we are here), this industry, our app product, etc and take the time to put forth great work. Think before you act. Easy. In return you’ll always be heard. Your ideas aren’t out of left field if you have done your research and can back initiatives with the numbers behind them.
