      Pros

      Daily pay! Ability to choose what shifts and locations that beat suit us.

      Cons

      There is no support for us aides. There is no contact number to talk to an agent if issues occur. I got suspended for showing up to work sick. Their call out system is a complete sham. Their support team offers no technical support. And the agency is lowering the pay rates... Awful

      Cons

      They started doing this shift request stuff and it’s really stupid because you have to sit and wait for a shift to be approved on a request and half the time after hours when that shifts comes available it’s either too late and people are asleep instead of just having it as book short tab like they had in the past few months makes no sense
