      Pros

      The work we do is very rewarding and the industry is a meaningful one. We get to see the results of our efforts very quickly. Everyone here is also challenged to do better than they've ever done before so the opportunity for personal growth is through the ceiling. The COO/CFO challenges us to not only live up to our company values in all of our work but also to push ourselves to always deliver high standards. The opportunities to learn here are plentiful.

      Cons

      There is a strong startup culture that isn't a fit for some. The company is entirely remote, which is more pro than con but the company is still trying to develop a culture and identity so the remote workforce magnifies that need. It is also difficult to know whether you're meeting the high standard expectations at times.

      Pros

      Management will work just as hard and long as you, I promise. To do well, all of you have to do is be honest about mistakes & shortcomings, genuinely care about the end-people you are serving (why we are here), this industry, our app product, etc and take the time to put forth great work. Think before you act. Easy. In return you’ll always be heard. Your ideas aren’t out of left field if you have done your research and can back initiatives with the numbers behind them. Their “door” is always open. Leadership propels diversity & inclusion. It you are part of the LGBT community, of racial diversity, a female, come let us welcome you in. We’re west coast based.

      Cons

      This isn’t a company that fits everybody’s cup of tea. If you want a sunset career and to just schmooze clients all day, join a large corporation – maybe that’s better for the current juncture in your life and that’s ok. If you thrive off the pace of fast moving startups, like to get your hands dirty and challenge the “why” of things (in an educated fashion of course), then this could be your next home.
