      Work from home. Meet/ work with other employees from different locations.

      Cons

      - Long, intensive interview that involves meaningless work on the candidate's part. - Weak infrastructure on managing employee, providing support - Staff is aware of inconsistencies with payments to "independent contractors" hired by the company but not allowed to say anything for fear of retribution.

      I think that CBH is a company with a great work culture, here everything is merit based and result driven, if you are good, you're going to be acknowledged and rewarded if you need to improve you are gonna know!

      I believe that CBH has a great work culture. Everything here is merit-based and results-driven, if you're good, you'll be acknowledged and rewarded; if you need to improve, you'll know. You take ownership of all your work, and nobody really questions the way you do things as long as the results are good. It’s a hard work environment, but if you love to excel at what you do and be given the freedom to do just that, this is without a doubt where you want to work.
