      Pros

      Incredibly smart teammates, tons of ownership and growth opportunities. Given lots of autonomy to solve problems. Low bureaucracy environment. Strong managers that care about your growth and the quality of your work.

      Long hours, make use of PTO to avoid burnout.

      Pros

      Fully Remote Great Pay PTO Growth Diversity Freedom to run your own projects Great for a transition or long term role but they prefer long term

      You will not be given traditional onboarding for senior roles, they pretty much want you to come in and make up your own day. I found it odd at first but got accustomed to it. For those us in my group (fresh out of college) it was an adjustment. They also write a lot which is crazy to think about, if you are not good at writing or prepared to do one of their cases, do not bother applying. They even do cases to get promoted internally. They read every single one then leave feedback. It was rough knowing folks could read my work like that. Ultimately too much pressure for me to write like that regularly but some of the guys are killing it right now
