      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, experienced minimal, almost no micromanagement, this job paid well, my colleagues were a pleasure to work with, most of my managers were competent and on top of everything.

      Cons

      Not the greatest sales offer/market. You have to really adapt to how fast things can change in the long-term care industry. A lot of your prospects are burnt out by calls from staffing companies. This place isn't for you if you're not truly self-motivated. Not the greatest sales training
