Pros
I am overjoyed to share my experience with Clipboard Health - it has been an absolute game-changer for me! It's hard to compare it to anything else, but besides the birth of my children, it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. The company culture and leadership are outstanding. I can't emphasize enough how much they prioritize the wellbeing of their employees, whether it's their work-life balance, mental health, financial success, or overall wellness. I feel so fortunate to be a part of this team, and I am truly honored to work here. As an SDR on Adam Levinson's team, I have been blown away by his leadership style. He is an amazing mentor who offers firm guidance and strategic clarity, while also being kind and charismatic, inspiring the team to strive for both quality and quantity. I admire him greatly and consider him a friend for life. Last month, I went through a very difficult time. I lost my mom to cancer, and it was tough to even get through the workday. However, I was incredibly touched by the support and love I received from HR and Adam. Their kindness and compassion went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for it. What makes Clipboard Health stand out is how much they care about their employees' mental health. I have never seen a company so committed to their employees' wellbeing, and I wanted to share my thoughts on Glassdoor. It's so heartening to be a part of a team that is dedicated to bridging socio-economic gaps and providing healthcare facilities with high integrity people at simple and transparent pricing. I'd like to express my gratitude to Wei Deng and Bo Lu for their fearless vision and compassionate leadership. And to the entire CBH Tribe, thank you for making the world a brighter place and taking care of the caretakers! I have immense respect and admiration for this company and I look forward to continuing to thrive and push myself towards growth and true success. Thank you again CBH for providing me with such a beautiful and meaningful career.
Cons
Honestly, there are no cons. None that I am aware of anyways. Everyone works so closely and there is such incredible progressive feedback, and constant improvements. It is a well oiled machine AND is making the world a better place to live in.
