      Pros

      In Clipboard Health organization, there’s freedom for you to go about your day and do whatever task that is assigned to you the way you want it, so far you are delivering as expected of you. There will be no senior colleague, nor the management themselves to micromanage you and make you feel like you are not capable enough to be trusted. I love that the management leaves delicate tasks under my trust. I haven’t messed things up, and with such autonomy, I doubt if I can ever mess things up. Part of the benefits of this kind of autonomy is my natural tendency to want to work more for the organization.

      Cons

      If you are a slow person, or an average worker, trust me, you are going to find things very hard and unnecessarily complicated. But the truth is these things we do here are pretty much simple tasks, but you need to be in vogue in terms of technology to be able to do them.
