Pros

Colleagues are experienced in almost any tool you can think of and are very willing to teach or guide you in any task. A very diverse team. Work is 100% remote, and you can complete your tasks without being micromanaged. Taking initiative is rewarded. Compensation is NOT decided based on location, which is something many other global companies do, here the compensation is based on what you can bring to the company and nothing else.

Pros

I have been working in CBH for over 6 months, and it was a pleasure working here. The biggest attraction is lovely company culture and organized workflow. As we are a big remote team, CBH is always trying to let employees know each other and make clean atmosphere for teamwork. Participating organized workflow with nice people, you will find yourself as an important part of the team and also you will notice that you are advancing everyday. You will have flexible working hours, paid vacations according to your needs.
