They truly honor their company values - there is a strong focus on independence and ownership, with frequent feedback and many opportunities to learn from people more experienced than you.
Cons
Sometimes it is necessary to attend a meeting or investigate an incident in US working hours, which doesn't have to work for everyone outside the Americas.
