Inhumane Working Conditions

Pros

Travel to and from Victoria

Cons

Management does not care about employees, horrendous office environment, they shoved a two guys into a single person cubicle (yes, floor to ceiling cubicle under fluorescent lights)and it was actually a fire hazard. Every time one of them had to get up to go to the bathroom the other had to move, it was inhumane. No Business Plan. Internet crashes there several times a month. IT is the worst I've ever encountered. Many people left the company while I worked there. Struggling/failing company

Pros

The travel perks were alright. We got to go to Canada to and from for free. We also got to fly standby with certain airlines.

Cons

I didn't like the idea of pushing products onto customers who didn't want them. This problem is everywhere there is a sales aspect.

From First to Worst!

Pros

Depending on your position, you may/may not get an opportunity to travel in the region for work or just pleasure.

Cons

I do not say this lightly....this company has the worst senior management that I have ever seen...the turnover has been severe and doesn't look to be improving as the problems start at the top. The top of management has caused a wholesale flight from the company, most people remaining are not happy or counting their last days. If you choose to accept a supervisory/management job, just remember do not make any firm action without an email chain showing the ownership of any changes to policy/rates/procedures.
