Management does not care about employees, horrendous office environment, they shoved a two guys into a single person cubicle (yes, floor to ceiling cubicle under fluorescent lights)and it was actually a fire hazard. Every time one of them had to get up to go to the bathroom the other had to move, it was inhumane. No Business Plan. Internet crashes there several times a month. IT is the worst I've ever encountered. Many people left the company while I worked there. Struggling/failing company

fun job, fun place to work. Good vacation time. Travel bonuses.

Cons

1)base salary is very low just like Mc Donalds-very depends on mercy of passengers. Days are long-14 hrs workday. starts from 6 am till 9pm, 2)storms and weather- passengers are getting seasick and not purchasing anything-no tips no commissions. 3)Ignorant management-they don't care about little people, 4)favoritism-they will promote only their favorite people. no matter how good you work. 5) Bad office-no break room for employees. 6)High turnover-because of everything above.
