Pros

The company culture here is outstanding! A very relaxed, casual working environment helps reduce stress & it's nice that everyone gets along well in and out of the office. I love how well we all communicate & that I learn something new every. single. day. on the job.

Cons

I wish there was a better PTO plan but they do allow requesting off when necessary so it evens out.

The company is still small but has a lot of room to grow and expand. It is one of a few companies in the oil absorbent markets.

Cons

While the company has room to grow, it is young and so are its employees. Often times the management is learning as it goes.
