Great culture, heavy focus on getting the right people in that work hard to get the job done and get it done well. Good communication from the top down.

Cons

Small company so sometimes resources are a little more limited than it would be at a larger company

-The people and culture are top notch - It is a growing company, so you are a important piece of that growth - A green company that has a focus on protecting the environment, so you know you are making a difference everyday when you come to work - Work in an industry where you learn something new everyday and continuously improve

Cons

- The PTO and benefits could be improved - Small growing company, be prepared to wear multiple hats
