Pros

Great company and had a great supervisor. There was a lot of company culture as well with no micromanaging from upper management.

Cons

The pay was a little low and getting a raise was hard. It was also difficult to get along with the HR or sales team, it was like a clique.

Pros

Tight knit family type culture. Management and owner hyper focused on bettering the company and it's employees. Not just a great place to work, but start a career.

Cons

To be honest, only downside is not having any reason not to succeed.
