Pros

There is a great culture here with all of the employees, and lots of room for upward mobility. Everyone is passionate about what they are doing in the company, and it makes for a great work environment

Cons

None really. If you work hard here you will be rewarded. If you're not putting the full effort into your role, then it will become apparent to your manager, and the rest of the company. No place to hide here.

Pros

I have been lucky enough to work at Closed Loop Recycling for the last four months. It's a great place to learn about a business- small enough so everyone has a meaningful impact. Work here if you are self-driven and enjoy project based work. I often collaborate with different departments and I greatly appreciate the daily variety. The corporate culture is exactly what I would strive for if I had my own business.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of turnover.

Pros

The company culture here is outstanding! A very relaxed, casual working environment helps reduce stress & it's nice that everyone gets along well in and out of the office. I love how well we all communicate & that I learn something new every. single. day. on the job.

Cons

I wish there was a better PTO plan but they do allow requesting off when necessary so it evens out.
