Management is very fair and offers raises based on your work/results, Opportunity to learn about pretty much any aspect of the business that interests you, Opportunities for quick advancement from entry level positions, Fun work environment, Relaxed dress code, Bi-weekly Company Meetings to stay informed + team building exercises, No lazy people or dead weight in the company, Opportunities to make your ideas and opinions heard and possibly implemented

Cons

Sometimes plans can change somewhat quickly since the company is growing so quickly

Pros

This company is one of the best and fastest growing companies in the Midwest. It has given me so many opportunities to grow not just professionally but also personally. The company has a very positive atmosphere and great leaders to learn from. The values and culture are what separates this company from others. You can feel the excitement that it brings to your life. I think nothing can be better than waking up early morning and not dragging yourself to work. It’s a great feeling that you love your job and the company that you work for. It creates a huge difference long term. CLR is the right place for me! I won’t be surprise if they open branches in another countries.

Great opportunities for advancement in salary and position. Great team who are always willing to help each other out. Always.

Cons

Not somewhere you can slack off and slide by doing the bare minimum, a lot is expected of you but if you are looking for a job where you can prove yourself this is a great company for you.
