Pros

Hands down one of the best locations I've worked for. Amazing coworker relationships. Team building days! Company provided laptops. Training on CAD program. Flexible hours. Great bonus structure! Work environment is fantastic.

Cons

No company is perfect, BUT the owners here care and when problems arise, they find solutions. The company is growing fast and that creates it's on issues, but to me, it's all in how it's handled. Again, no company is perfect, but this is pretty darn close! No cons from me!

CAD - although a very antiquated system Great coworkers Flexible schedule

Cons

Not enough money spent for advertising equals not enough leads. Cannot make enough money to survive. Promised bonus never happened. Guaranteed leads, never happened. A revolving door! Good hard-working employees consistently leave. Commission only. No gas reimbursement. Unprofessional and extremely moody owner (Laurie Turner). Blame for almost everything is placed on Designers.
