It's hard to relate to your understanding of the location's sales and business they do. They are extremely successful. Perhaps the most successful custom closet company in the state. Sometimes, one's job or career isn't perfect but the good can far outweigh the bad. And sometimes an employee doesn't have all the inside information. Thanks for your feedback and I think you can openly speak with the owner and /or managers there for more accurate insight into what you believe to be problems.

Based on your response I believe you are still with us. True, clients do not always buy and/or you are bidding against competitors and they may get the job. The longer you stay with it the better skill you have at getting the sale and making it more worthwhile. Potentially, Designer is a high paying position. My advice is to ask for as much help from your manager and the other designers. You learn faster by interacting with everyone and getting advice.
