Cons

commision based. They say your hired but decide during training of 2 weeks that your not a good fit.

A lot of free time and can control your schedule Co workers are great

Cons

A lot of driving and they dont cover expenses Money isn't the best and can take a while to get paid

Are you sure you didn't give up before you started to experience the benefits of the position? The longer you continue to develop your design and sales skills, the more successful you become and the more income you will make. We have many designers in the network earning three-figure incomes and loving the position. Many locations can work with you if your commissions are delayed due to installation lead times.

-Steady work. Will always make a minimum of 40 hours. Currently, there's a need for a lot of overtime, so you can also complete as much over time as you can handle. -Now this will be both a pro and a con, they give everyone a chance at work. -At least once a month there will be either catered bagel sandwiches or pizza for the shop.

Cons

Pay structure is very low. Raises are mediocre at best, 1%-3% early. High employee turnover. Some people you work with will be convicted felons, some with good character that are working to change their lives for the better, and others fresh out of the system and of terrible character.

Ft Lauderdale does background checks on all employees with approval. The factory workers that do not work in customer homes or meet with the public are extended a second chance based on situation and character.
