Pros
So much growth opportunity. One of the huge perks to working with a smaller company is the room for growth. I was promoted within my first year and am enjoying my new responsibilities and feel valued by my employers and the people I work with. Though we are serious about our work, we are also given the opportunity to build our relationships outside the office by going to sporting events as a team, weekly team lunches, and taking part in other team building events outside of the office. One of my biggest pro's working for Cloud Coach is how flexible and understanding they are about time off, and working around my schedule. With my current situation, being able to have that flexibility is very important in my life at the moment, and I so appreciate management taking my needs into consideration.
Cons
I came into this position as a business development rep, and had no background in Salesforce or project management. Not having that background did make getting started a little difficult and overwhelming. I went through so much training in my first few months that it helped ease the transition, and my supervisor was always there to answer any questions I had no matter how simple.
