Pros

1. Cloud Odyssey has multiple Industry clouds which many of the partner companies doesn't have . 2. Team is great and have listening ear . 3. Management always listens and answers if you have a good suggestion and solution 4. Openness across the culture is really amazing . 5. Very good growth structure . they respect your capacity .

Cons

1. There are few managers who want to take control but when you are willing to learn and showcase it is not a problem . 2. So called leads tries to form groups .

Helps techies to grow on faster phase with unlimited sponsorship for certifications and events. Get opportunity to learn new skills, and the best part is they have open door policies to reach senior management.

Cons

Food Options near the Bangalore Manyata campus is limited. Have some issues during rainy days when water and traffic is a problem. I had been to Hyderabad office and the location is great!
