Weekend Work Without a Choice: Working weekends has become a regular expectation, often without any heads-up or additional pay. It can feel like there's little regard for employees’ time outside of work.
Leave Policies Aren’t as Flexible as They Seem: On paper, leave is available, but in reality, it’s hard to take time off when it’s needed most.
Limited Benefits and Basic Facilities: Other than health insurance, there’s very little in terms of employee benefits. Even essentials like strong Wi-Fi and enough meeting rooms are lacking, which makes everyday work harder.
Processes Can Be Frustratingly Slow: Trying to get something done quickly often feels like hitting a wall. If you need something urgently, it’s best not to expect fast results.
Provident Fund Updates Are Surprisingly Delayed: It’s unusual, but PF balances only seem to be updated every six months, which can feel unsettling for those tracking their savings.
