Pros

1) The company gives you good opportunity to learn if you are a fresher to work on different clouds. 2) If you’re in a senior position, they may offer the option to work from home.

Cons

There are many more cons to mention, but for now, I will discuss a few. Work-Life Balance is Almost Non-Existent: It’s challenging to maintain a healthy balance, with high work pressure being the norm rather than the exception. Management Could Be Much Better: There’s a real need for improvement in the way things are managed, from general operations to finance. It feels like employees don’t get the support they need to thrive. Recognition Feels Out of Reach: Hard work often goes unnoticed. Promotions and genuine appreciation are rare, making it tough for dedicated employees to feel valued. Weekend Work Without a Choice: Working weekends has become a regular expectation, often without any heads-up or additional pay. It can feel like there's little regard for employees’ time outside of work. Leave Policies Aren’t as Flexible as They Seem: On paper, leave is available, but in reality, it’s hard to take time off when it’s needed most. Limited Benefits and Basic Facilities: Other than health insurance, there’s very little in terms of employee benefits. Even essentials like strong Wi-Fi and enough meeting rooms are lacking, which makes everyday work harder. Processes Can Be Frustratingly Slow: Trying to get something done quickly often feels like hitting a wall. If you need something urgently, it’s best not to expect fast results. Provident Fund Updates Are Surprisingly Delayed: It’s unusual, but PF balances only seem to be updated every six months, which can feel unsettling for those tracking their savings.
