More learning like u can switch different Salesforce cloud ( educational cloud, cg cloud, sales cloud etc) . By force full if u don't want but still u have to work.
Cons
Company is a family tree u will find majourly relatives in company who will be associated to higher management people. Promise while given during the offer letter is also not full filled. Only u can ask work nothing more, no pay for extra working on Saturday, Sunday, even u have to work more in a day more than 8 hours per day. But there is a confussion I know people who get more salary with less skills but more skills less salary I know one person who is from 3 years is getting around 3.5 lacks and he is more skilled then a person who came with 2 years experience getting 7+ lacks but not skilled as I observed .
