There's a lot of burocracy to define the scope of next sprint. You're not allowed to ask about the scope of the next sprint. Retrospective meeting isn't considered important.

Although having autonomy is a good thing, it is a mess when you don't have any direction or guidance coming from the leadership. The employees don't know who is the leader of the company... the CEO is a ghost. There's no transparency at all around numbers and how the company is doing. CloudBlue is defined as a startup but in the end the teams are pressured on a daily basis by Ingram Micro Cloud executives. People don't have any clue on what are CloudBlue's priorities.
