.- Lack of Vision and ability to explain it. There are changes of direction every week.
.- Hierarchical Directors in Product and Engineering. Lack of respect and despot attitude.
.- The silos problem here reaches a new meaning: you have roles duplicated in different teams.
.- HR plays an admin role. Very junior team without any previous experience in tech companies. Processes can change in every country making it a nightmare to handle teams across different countries. The HR department was built for an old company and the structure doesn't fit the current one.
- Incredibly high attrition levels.
.- Lack of self-awareness of senior leaders: despite the levels of attrition and the results of internal surveys which clearly show people is unhappy and not feeling they can speak freely they believe they are "best place to work"....
.- The role of women in the company is insignificant. Only one over 13 VP is a woman. In Engineering you can not find almost any woman.
