Product dev and fit poorly executed Unsatisfied customers low ARR and retention Difficult product to market A lot of product feature gaps compared to competition and for customer need/use case Parent company (Ingram Micro) has a very similar freemium offering that can cause conflicting messaging and value diminishment

For me, the best thing is the team. It's a group of caring people who are passionate about what they do and make work fun. Lots of opportunity for growth and there is a conscious effort for career pathing. We're encouraged to try new things, which provides a lot of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Things change fast, which can be challenging from a marketing execution perspective.
